Jan sees clients by appointment only in two locations: 

                Her San Francisco office is at 23rd and Valencia

                Her Oakland office is in the Montclair District of Oakland

Fees:

                For Tax Preparation:

                      Jan's hourly fee is $150. Her minimum fee for preparing tax returns is $300. The

                  charge for preparing a return for a self-employed person is typically in the $370-430

                For Tax Consultations:

                      Jan's hourly fee is $165. For consultations, she meets with people for a minimum

                  of an hour. Most consultations last an hour to an hour and a half.
